A small-group coaching experience for Muslim women seeking marriage with clarity, self-awareness, and trust in Allah.
The Heartwise Marriage Preparation Program is for engaged and seriously dating couples who want to:
This program gives you a safe, structured, and heart-centered space to prepare wisely—so your marriage can start from a foundation of understanding, safety, and shared vision.
This is not generic premarital counseling. It’s a guided process tailored to your story as a couple, blending emotional wisdom, attachment-awareness, and practical tools you can return to again and again.
We’ll explore where you are as a couple, what you’re hoping for, and whether this program is a supportive fit—no pressure, just clarity.
The exact structure can be tailored to your season and timeline, but most couples move through the program over 8–12 weeks with live sessions and guided exercises between meetings.
We’ll map out your individual stories, family patterns, and beliefs about marriage so you can see what you’re bringing into your relationship—with compassion, not blame.
Together we’ll practice tools for listening, speaking, and repairing so conflict becomes a doorway into deeper connection—not disconnection.
We’ll turn insights into concrete agreements so your first year of marriage has structure, support, and shared expectations you both feel good about.
I work with couples who love each other deeply and also understand that love alone isn’t a plan. With training in emotionally-focused work, attachment dynamics, and faith-informed relationship care, I help you translate your love into daily practices that actually protect your connection.
My role is not to judge your readiness, but to walk alongside you, ask the questions you haven’t thought to ask, and give you a framework so you can make grounded, heart-aligned decisions together.
“We thought we communicated well, but this process revealed blind spots we didn’t even know we had. We got language for our needs and a way to talk about hard things without spiraling. I feel so much calmer stepping into marriage now.”
— A. & J., engaged couple
“These sessions helped us ask questions we didn’t know to ask, especially around money and family. It never felt like a lecture—it felt like someone gently guiding us back to each other and to the marriage we both want.”
— M. & L., newly married
We’ll make sure the program structure and investment feel like a wise and sustainable choice for the season you’re in.
No. Many couples come into this program while seriously dating and discerning engagement. The tools you’ll learn will serve you whether you choose to marry now, later, or at all—and they will give you greater clarity about that decision.
This is a coaching-based marriage preparation program. While we may touch on your story and patterns, the focus is on skills, insight, and future-oriented planning as a couple—not on diagnosing or treating mental health conditions. If we sense therapy would be supportive alongside or instead of coaching, I’ll share that gently and transparently.
Yes. Many couples who feel strong and stable use this program as a way to intentionally deepen their foundation. Even thriving couples discover assumptions, expectations, and practical gaps that are easier to address now than in year three of marriage.
It’s common for one partner to be more eager than the other. The consultation call is a low-pressure place for both of you to ask questions, name hesitations, and feel into whether this is a good fit. You won’t be pushed into a decision on the call.
If you’re ready to prepare for marriage with intention, fill out the brief form below. You’ll be invited to a free consultation call where we’ll explore your story as a couple and discern together whether this program is right for you.
After you submit, you’ll receive a scheduling link within 1–2 business days. There’s no obligation to join the program—this call is about clarity and support.
