Is coaching confidential?

Yes! Confidentiality is a fundamental part of coaching. Anything you share in our sessions is private and remains between us. The only exceptions are in cases where there is a legal or ethical obligation to report harm to yourself or others.

Your trust and comfort are my top priorities, creating a space where you can speak openly without fear of judgment.

Can I book a single session, or do I need to commit to multiple sessions?

While a single session can provide valuable insights, coaching is most effective when done consistently over time. I typically recommend starting with a 5-10 session package to allow for meaningful growth and progress.
